Hey Everyone,
On June 9 & 10, 2015, I was honored to participate in the 6th Annual Joe Carter Classic Golf Tournament. This is my second year attending and the event benefits the Children’s Aid Foundation and is always a great time for a great cause. The Joe Carter Classic takes place in my hometown Toronto, Canada!
FUN FACT: In 1992, Joe Carter helped the Toronto, Blue Jays win their first World Series championship, the first ever won by a Canadian-based team. In 1993 Joe Carter hit the famous three-run walk-off home run off against the Phillies to win back to back World Series Championships! Joe Carter is and will forever be a hero to all Blue Jays and baseball fans all over the world~

The tournament started off with a Skins Game at Eagles Nest Golf Club! I shot one under and played with the most amazing team #TeamAirCanada AND I found my new #bestie Bambina! We shared many laughs, listened to great 80’s jams and enjoyed a great lunch together with the rest of the field. I was sad to say I didn’t win any skins, but I won closest to the pin and longest drive:) My sister Nisha also won closest to the pin on one of the holes! #SadekarSisters
THE CHARITY: The Children’s Aid Foundation is committed to funding programs that improve the lives of abused, neglected and at risk children and youth. The Foundation works with child welfare organizations across the country to deliver innovative programs that support our three pillars of hope: Prevention, Enrichment & Education.
Following the skins game, all the celebrities and sponsors headed to the Rogers Center (formerly The Skydome), for a Blue Jays game. We had a box where we 
were able to mingle, watch the game, eat and cocktail the whole time! This is always the best part of Joe’s event because it brings back so many great memories of being little and watching my favorite Blue Jay, Joe Carter! The next day we went back out to Eagles Nest for The Joe Carter Celebrity Golf Tournament! The tournament is a scramble format and we had so
much fun, every hole has an activity or treat! After the event we had a fancy steak dinner in the clubhouse and went back to the Shangri-La Hotel to get ready for Snoop Dogg to perform!!!
Here is a collage I made from pictures of the event! I enjoyed spending time with Mr. Wayne Gretzky and Mr. Dan Marino. Snoop was amazing and fun! Joe & Fred Carter made sure that everyone was having fun, and my friend Cody Gruber is always all smiles! Mr. Greg Lloyd and Mr. Cliff Levingston are 2 of my favorite guys to golf with!
The Joe Carter Golf Classic was so much fun and I can’t wait for next year. Congrats to Joe Carter and his amazing staff for making this year even more special and exciting! Sending you big hugs and lots of birdies ~
