One of my favorite ways to enjoy some “me time” away from golf, is through exercise. It is 45 minutes to an hour of my day to listen to my favorite jams and focus on my mind and body.

Boxing is one of my favorite ways to work out!  I love that it targets the sculpting and toning of my body while burning fat quicker than most everyday exercises.  Boxing is also my stress reliever. For those of you that play golf, you know that in 18 hole you go through 100 different emotions in a span of 5 hours.  Boxing allows you to release a lot of energy and stress that you need to let out in a fun a way.
