Go Red Ladies,
February 6, 2015 is National Wear Red Day! According to the American Heart Association, 1 of 3 women die of heart disease and of strokes ever year. Today we celebrate #NationalRedDay with Go Red for women to help save and support women’s lives.
GO RED FACT: 80 percent of cardiac events can be prevented through education and lifestyle changes.
There are steps you can take to help prevent heart disease and also manage your current medical conditions by making healthier choices. Exercising and Diet are two of the most important things your body needs. 20 minutes of cardio daily and eating the right goods, like fruits, veggies and protein are good for your health and heart.
I even put my beautiful angel Juicy in her red gown as she too honors all the beautiful women!
Let’s join the movement nationwide and honor women on this important day.
Love you,
Seema
