I am proud to say that the 19th hole is my most favorite hole! 🙂
After a good or bad round of golf, it’s always nice to freshen up in the locker room and head straight to the 19th hole where you can add up your groups score card, reminisce on everyones shots, laugh and have your favorite appetizers and glass of wine!
FUN FACT: In golf, the nineteenth hole is a slang term for a pub, bar, or restaurant on or near the golf course, very often the clubhouse itself. A standard round of golf has only eighteen holes, so golfers will say they are at the ‘nineteenth hole’, meaning they are enjoying a drink after the game.
One of my most favorite wines is the Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, it has the perfect balance between beautiful fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish. I like to pair the Jordan 18 holes Cabernet with a cheese, cracker and fruit plate as a snack or an app to start:) I usually like to start by sitting outside the clubhouse, enjoy the scenery and watch golfers either hit their tee shots or hit their approach shot depending on the view of the clubhouse!
