Julep has the most modern product packaging and unique colors in its polish line. They are small and sleek, and give you a good feeling when you are painting your nails. The polish comes on thick, making it really easy to apply only 2 coats (if needed).
The darker blues and pinks really scream September to me. I went with a hot pink called “Reagan” for my hands, I originally was wearing a dark navy and needed a drastic switch. I put a sheer coat of “Fireworks” on top of my middle finger to add some sparkle.
