There is nothing like a great day in the gym. I always try to get to the gym everyday even if I have to squeeze in a 20 minute power workout.
Dragon Ridge CC is where I spend my time working out! The gym is beautiful and a happy environment, which is important for me!
I love to run on the treadmill for 2-3 miles! It is my time for me to block out everything around me and just have time for myself, listen to some good music and get in the zone!
Lifting weights is also one of my favorite parts of my workouts! I like doing squats with 8 or 10 pound weights and lifting on the physio ball too:)
For me my goal is to stay toned, strong and in shape. Working out is a about maintaining a good healthy lifestyle so it’s important to be active daily even if it’s for 20-30 minutes:)
