Happy British Open Week~ It’s TBT!
Hope everyone is enjoying the British Open and looking forward to a great weekend! Last year Adam Scott fell just short of Ernie Els, and Ernie played so well on the last day. I wonder what kind of excitement is going to come about on Sunday?
In 1998 I was selected to play on the Canadian World Cup Team in Scotland. My sister Nisha was also selected and we were both very excited to share the experience together!

Links style golf is so unique. We played the prestigious St. Andrews, Carnoustie, & Ladybank and let me tell you, the courses were difficult. There are so many factors to take in when you are playing links style golf, I remember the winds being up to 40 to 50 MPH, the rough being very long, fairways being very narrow, hard and fast with deep bunkers strategically placed in your landing areas. The courses didn’t play long, but you really have to be creative with your shots and use your imagination to execute them well.
Hope you are all having a great British Open Week and #TBT:) My Open Champion pick this week is Mr. Tiger Woods!
