I wanted to share with you a putting trick that works wonders for me and lots of other pros too! Putting is important, a small putt is the same stroke count as a big drive!
Here are 2 steps to line up your putt and increase the chances of making them! And you can thank me later like the cute little kitten! 🙂
2 Steps to Line Up Your Putts:
1. PICK A LINE & LINE IT UP
Place your ball marker behind your golf ball and locate the side of the golf ball where there is a line of small words. Align those words to the hole or the line you feel the ball needs to roll on to get into the hole.
Greens come in all shapes, sizes and levels. If the green is higher on the right than the left, then the putt with “break” left. Line the words up slightly left of the hole so that you “play the break”. Once you pick your line, match the words to the line you pick:)
2. MATCH YOUR PUTTER TO YOUR LINE
Set up with your putter over the ball. Align the line on your putter face to the line on your ball. This will further help you commit to the line you chose to putt on.
Go ahead and stoke your putter and knock your ball in the hole! Keep putting fun and simple with these 2 steps and the ball will fall into the cup!
